Editorial experimental publication that explores the beauty and variety of traditional Russian clothing from the western regions of Russia. Instead of focusing on the one well-known, stereotypical ensemble often shown in popular culture, this book highlights the real, diverse styles worn across different areas. These traditional costumes are full of detail, meaning, and local character. They tell stories about the people who wore them — their culture, beliefs, and daily life. Each region has its own unique patterns, colors, and ways of dressing, and my publication brings these differences to light.
